REFUNDS & RETURNS

PATSAN shall make all reasonable efforts to deliver defect-free products to customers. Products once purchased shall not be eligible for return unless the item delivered is damaged at the time of delivery or contains a verified manufacturing defect. The Company does not assume ownership or title of returned goods until such goods are physically received, inspected, and approved by PATSAN.

Customers must report damaged or defective products within 7 days of delivery , failing which the return request may not be entertained, unless specifically covered under a valid product warranty. Approval of any return, replacement, or refund request shall be at the sole discretion of PATSAN.

Where a refund is approved, the refund shall be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable period, subject to applicable banking timelines. Shipping and processing fees, if any, may be non-refundable unless otherwise determined by the Company.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Return Window:

For online purchases, returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. For in-store purchases, returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please note that only one return or exchange request per order will be accepted.

Item Condition:

All items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact, Items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage may not be eligible for return or exchange

Return Location:

For your convenience, returns or exchanges may be completed at any Nearby store, regardless of the store location where the original purchase was made.

Credit Note or Exchange:

Upon acceptance of your return, a credit note will be issued or the item may be exchanged for another size of the same colour, style, and design, subject to availability. Credit notes are valid for one year from the date of issue and may be redeemed both online and at any nearby store.
