PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY
At our company, we are committed to delivering products that meet high standards of quality and craftsmanship. All products sold through our official website are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 6 days from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from our website and is valid only for the original purchaser.
This warranty covers:
Defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use during the Warranty Period.
If a product is found to have a genuine manufacturing defect, we will, at our sole discretion to
· Repair the defective product using the same or comparable materials,
· Replace the product with a new or equivalent item (subject to availability), or
· Issue a refund of the purchase amount if repair or replacement is not feasible.
All decisions regarding repair, replacement, or refund will be made after inspection and verification by our team.
This warranty does not cover:
· Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, fading, or natural ageing of fabrics and materials.
· Variations in colour, texture, or finish that are inherent in handcrafted, natural, or sustainable materials.
· Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, negligence, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.
· Exposure to extreme environmental conditions such as excessive moisture, water immersion, heat, sunlight, or chemicals.
· Alterations, customisations, or repairs performed by unauthorised persons.
· Damage caused during transit is arranged by the customer.
Please note that minor irregularities in natural fibres and handcrafted products are not considered defects but part of their unique character.
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must:
· Email us at care@patsan.com within the Warranty Period.
· Provide valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
· Share a detailed description of the issue, along with clear photographs or videos that show the defect.
· Follow the Return Process outlined in our Return Policy once the claim is approved.
Products must not be used further once a defect is identified, as continued use may void the warranty.
Inspection & Resolution
Upon receiving the returned product (if required), our quality team will inspect it to determine whether it is eligible under this warranty policy. If approved:
· Repairs or replacements will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
· If the same product is unavailable, an equivalent product or store credit may be offered.
· Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
Shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the claim is verified as a manufacturing defect.
Claims After Warranty Period
Any claims raised after the expiry of the 2-day Warranty Period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
In case the delivered item(s) are found damaged/ missing or have any manufacturing defect, please inform Customer Care or email us within 48 hours of delivery.
